Rome

Rome was such a letdown. I wanted to love it, but it was just too crowded, too expensive, and honestly, kind of exhausting. The Colosseum was cool, but the insane lines made it hard to enjoy. Same with the Trevi Fountain-beautiful, but packed shoulder to shoulder. Every restaurant near tourist spots felt like a ripoff, and the public transport was a mess. I know it’s historic and all, but the chaos really killed the vibe. Wish I had gone somewhere less overwhelming.
